Return & Cancellation Policy

RETURNS

Shop with a peace of mind! We are so confident that you would love our products, our return policy lasts for 7 days. We do not want your money if you are unsatisfied! Return your product within 7 days after you received your item and we would be happy to offer you a refund.

For your return to be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, with tags intact. It must also be in the original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please Note that due to hygiene concerns certain items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Upon purchase of your order, you will be given up to 24 hours to cancel your order. We will provide you a full refund unconditionally if you cancel your order within 24 hours. However, if 24 hours has passed since you made the order, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return it to us.

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY

Should the item be damaged during transit, send us an email with proof (attached pictures/videos) to theactivedeals@gmail.com. Proof of the damage in videos / images is required. We will use the videos / images to assess the damage accordingly and provide you with the relevant options available to you. In most cases, we will provide you with a replacement of the damaged good.

REFUND POLICY

Due to high sensitivity and hygiene issues; there could be some difficulty in processing of refunds for a few orders and not all.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.The shipping cost for the return of the orders will be borne by the customer itself.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment. The amount of shipping cost, which was borne by the company, will be deducted and the remaining balance amount would be credited to your account. The processing time might differ, depending on your payment merchant but it should take a couple of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund after a week has gone by, please check your bank account again. You should also contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is fully processed. You can also contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded or returned. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for items on Festival/events based Gifts/Products or Festival sale.
